Cashless made effortless with Apple Pay

Paying in stores, within apps and on the web has never been simpler, safer, or convenient. Apple Pay is simpler than using your physical card and is safer too.
Apple Pay is easy to use by using the cards you already own on the devices you use daily, so you can use your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Mac to pay easily and securely with just a touch.
Send and receive money quickly and securely
And now you can send and receive money from friends and family right in Messages. There’s no app to download, and you can use the cards you already have in Wallet. Send money for books to your son in college. Split a bill. Pay a babysitter. Send and receive from across the table — or across the country.
When you receive money it’s added to your Apple Pay Cash card that lives in the Wallet app. You can start using the cash right away to make purchases using Apple Pay in stores, in apps, and on the web. You can also transfer your Apple Pay Cash balance to your bank account.
An easier way to pay in stores
Pay with devices you use everyday —there’s no need to open an app or wake up iPhone or Apple Watch
A more secure way to pay online
On iPhone and iPad, pay within apps or on the web in Safari without entering billing, shipping, or contact information—tap the Apple Pay button, then confirm with Face ID or Touch ID to pay
Pay on the web using Safari with Mac—just click the Apple Pay button, then use Touch ID on MacBook Pro with Touch Bar or use an Apple Pay-enabled iPhone or Apple Watch to complete the transaction
Setup is simple with Wallet
On your iPhone, just open Wallet
On your iPad, go to Settings, then Wallet & Apple Pay
On Apple Watch, open the Apple Watch app on iPhone, then go to Wallet & Apple Pay
On MacBook Pro with Touch ID, go to System Preferences, then Wallet & Apple Pay
Add the credit or debit card from your iTunes account by simply entering the card security code—or add a different card using the iPhone or iPad camera
Apple Pay works with cards from supported banks and card issuers
A safer way to pay
Instead of using your actual card number, Apple Pay assigns a unique number for each purchase—so your card information is never shared by Apple with merchants
If your device is lost or stolen, you can use Find My iPhone to quickly put it in Lost Mode to suspend Apple Pay, or you can wipe the device
You can also remove your cards remotely on appleid.apple.com
Keep your purchases private
When you use Apple Pay, it doesn’t keep transaction information that can be tied back to you
The cashier never sees the card, so the name, card number, and security code aren’t disclosed when making purchases
Use in stores where you already shop
Use iPhone and Apple Watch to pay in many of the locations you already know and love
Look for one of these symbols at checkout or in the Maps app:

Accepted in apps and on the web
Use Apple Pay to make purchases in all kinds of apps—pay for a ride, a pizza delivery, or a new pair of shoes with just a glance or a touch
Pay in Safari on supporting websites with your iPhone, iPad, or Mac without needing to create an account or typing in billing and shipping information
